ABOUT

I  remember a moment from my childhood when I said to my mum: “I want to be a photographer.”

Back then, I would walk around proudly with my mum’s old SLR camera in my hands, photographing everything that came in front of my lens. And just as early, I kept hearing the same thing over and over again:

“Lisa, you should look for a proper job one day – you can’t really make money with that.”

But deep down, I always knew that a classic 9-to-5 life would never fulfill me. I knew my life was allowed to look different. So I started with a training as a graphic and media designer. Quite quickly, I realized that designing logos wasn’t my path. But the desire to create, to express myself, to feel something real never left. So I picked up the camera again.

And suddenly, everything made sense.

From the very beginning, I had this special way of seeing – this urge to not just look at people, but to truly notice them. Half a school year later, my photographs were hanging all over the school. Every break, I would grab one of my classmates and pull them in front of my camera.

From that moment on, there was no turning back. I spent every free minute learning, diving deep into the endless corners of the internet, sitting in front of my laptop late at night, teaching myself new skills and applying everything directly to my own work. Learning, feeling, creating – over and over again.

Over time, moments turned into commissions. Passion turned into responsibility. I worked on sets, photographed and filmed for large companies – and still, I felt that there was more. More freedom. More space. More of myself.

At the beginning of 2025, I decided to go all in. To choose my own vision, my way of seeing, and a life that truly feels right.

Today, that is exactly what I capture with my camera: people, stories, emotions. Real. Free. And just the way they are.
